Job Title: Learning & Organization Development Consultant Location(s): New York, NY Primary Responsibilities We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Learning and Development (L&D) Professional to join our team through a staff augmentation model. In this role, you will help create, manage, administer and deliver high-quality learning experiences that drive employee growth and organizational success. If you are a self-starter with a passion for learning, strong project management skills, and a collaborative mindset, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Support the creation of engaging learning content, including courses, toolkits, guides, and microlearning assets. Collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex concepts into clear, learner-friendly materials. Coordinate course logistics such as scheduling, platform setup, participant communications, and feedback collection. Manage learning platforms (LMS/LXP) to publish, track, and report on course participation and effectiveness. Maintain and update learning resources to ensure alignment with evolving tools, practices, and organizational needs. Support live and virtual training sessions as a facilitator or producer when needed. Gather learner feedback and performance data to assess impact and drive continuous improvement of learning programs. Qualifications: Minimum 2+ years of previous work experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, or a related field. Candidate must have previous work experience with large scale learning programs in execution. Candidate must have strong project management experience. Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Experience Platforms (LXP). Familiarity with learning content development tools and technologies (For example, articulate rise) Preferred experience GEN AI tools, (ChatGPT, copilot). Strong project management, verbal and written communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities. Must have strong Microsoft Office Suite skills sets, PowerPoint, Excel (VLOOKUP) minimum 2 years' experience. Ampcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
