Desired Skills & Experience:

• Sound knowledge of WM processes and interfacing with MM and SD processes.
• Expertise in SU and HU Management.
• Put away and Picking strategies.
• Exposure to RF and interfaces.
• Knowledge of ATTP would be an added advantage.
• Ability to perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements/scenarios and provide Root Cause Analysis and solution.
• Design, customize, configure and testing of WM module.
• Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems.
• Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues;
• Document functional designs, test cases and results.
• Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members.
