The Director of Dining Services will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food services operations, seasonal menu development, including food preparation, P&L Management, and ensuring the highest standards of food, beverage, and customer service to students, faculty, Staff, and client campus community. Day-to-day tasks will include managing and training staff, marketing to the campus daily dining happenings, maintaining quality and safety standards, fostering a positive client and student, faculty, and staff relationships. This is a full-time job on-site for a Director of Dining Services in Marin County. Qualifications 8 - 10 Years' Experience In Food Service Academic Operations and Food Service Management Culinary Skills in Food Preparation and Food & Beverage Event Management Proficiency in Seasonal Menu Writing Skills' Proven Track Record in P&L Management Strong Leadership and Team Management Development Skills Ability to Manage and Develop Up and Coming Leaders to Achieve Excellence Excellent Communication, Written, and Interpersonal Skills Ability to work on-site in Marin County and assist in other company activities Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management Experience in Multi-unit Campus Educational Settings is Important Apply to Canteen today!
