UC Riverside's Dining Services is recruiting for Project and Timekeeping Analyst. The full salary range for the Project and Timekeeping Analyst is $26.82 - $46.17 per hour. However, the expected pay scale for this position is up to $33.50 per hour. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.

Under the general direction of the Executive Director of Dining & Hospitality Services, the Project and Timekeeping Analyst performs high quality and timely administrative coordination, analysis, reporting and operational support for a wide range of issues primarily surrounding labor management in UKG (Kronos) and meal plan maintenance. Collaborates with Dining &Hospitality Services leadership to ensure programs/systems meet team needs; runs regular reports utilizing various internal systems and follows up as needed. Creates reporting and analytical tools to ensure the leadership team are keeping up with all time keeping policies. Involves analytical studies on a variety of policies, projects, programs and issues in support of Dining & Hospitality Services. Assists in policy and program planning, development and administration, interprets, monitors, analyzes and reports on information regarding trends and procedures.
