Private Strategic Group seeks a highly driven and detail-oriented Operational Quality Manager to uphold and advance the standards that define our reputation for excellence. This leader will ensure operational consistency across our Executive Protection, Residential Protection, and GSOC teams, partnering with Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure service quality, regulatory adherence, and risk mitigation.
- - Design and execute enterprise-wide operational quality strategies that elevate service delivery standards across Executive Protection, Residential Protection, and GSOC operations, ensuring alignment with the Private Strategic Group brand and client expectations. - Lead comprehensive field audits, site inspections, and risk assessments to evaluate operational effectiveness, regulatory compliance, documentation integrity, and client-specific deliverables. - Develop, implement, and maintain robust performance tracking tools, dashboards, and accountability systems using Microsoft 365 to monitor key quality indicators, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. - Oversee personnel licensing and regulatory compliance, ensuring 100% adherence to state and federal requirements in collaboration with Legal and Compliance teams. - Provide strategic insights and data-driven reports to executive leadership, offering high-level analysis of operational quality metrics, compliance performance, risk exposures, and service improvement opportunities. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, HR, Compliance, Finance, and Operations to integrate quality assurance protocols into recruitment, onboarding, training, and operational workflows. - Identify service gaps, potential risks, and operational inefficiencies, developing targeted solutions and initiatives to strengthen performance, enhance client satisfaction, and mitigate risks proactively. - Champion a culture of accountability and excellence, serving as a quality ambassador internally and externally, engaging with stakeholders at all levels to uphold Private Strategic Group's industry-leading standards.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in protective security operations, with significant leadership roles in Executive Protection, Residential Protection, and GSOC environments supporting high-net-worth individuals, corporate executives, or critical infrastructure. - Proven track record in designing and leading operational quality assurance programs, including field audits, risk assessments, and compliance oversight in complex, multi-site environments. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams), including the ability to independently build dynamic dashboards, data visualization tools, performance trackers, and workflow automations. - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of synthesizing complex operational data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for executive leadership. - Experience working within matrixed organizations, collaborating cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Human Resources, Finance, and Operations teams. - Strong understanding of risk mitigation frameworks, incident management protocols, and quality assurance standards within the private security industry. - Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of producing executive-level reports, leading performance review meetings, and interfacing directly with clients, regulators, and internal stakeholders. - A Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; advanced certifications (such as ASIS CPP, PSP, or equivalent) are a strong plus.
