About the Role

Join our dynamic team as a Project Accountant! In this pivotal role, you'll unleash your financial prowess to ensure accuracy and compliance in client invoicing and final billings. Collaborating closely with various managers and teams, you'll ensure financial data integrity while resolving any discrepancies. If you're ready to bring your accounting skills to the forefront, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

You're Good At

• Reviewing and processing supplier invoices efficiently
• Managing timely client billings and final invoice issuance
• Ensuring compliance with client expense regulations
• Reconciling attendee expense reimbursements and credit card transactions
• Tracking and collecting commissions from various suppliers
  
  

You Might Also Have

• A background in accounts payable or receivable and client billing
• A Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in accounting or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (SAP experience is a bonus!)
• Previous experience in the travel or hotel industry
• Familiarity with the Life Science industry

• This is a virtual position that operates in the Eastern Time Zone
• There is minimal travel required for this role.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Project Accountant is between $55,000 - $68,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
