Position: Marketing Relationship Manager

Overview:
Are you ready to make a significant impact in the Medicare Solutions Division? We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Relationship Manager to play a pivotal role in supporting our Advisors and VPs. This fast-paced, engaging position involves coordinating internal communications, managing training initiatives, streamlining onboarding processes, and interacting daily with our Advisors to deliver exceptional service and support.
What you'll do:
- Collaborate with the AE team to manage communications through inbound and outbound calls.
- Coordinate, schedule, and host regular Medicare, Vendor, and Carrier trainings in partnership with VPs.
- Create and distribute an engaging monthly newsletter.
- Oversee the onboarding of advisors, including transition of contracts, technology and data.
- Support VPs in planning and executing a range of events.
- Gain in-depth product knowledge and strategy insights of all carriers and case designs.
- Understand and efficiently utilize promotional materials in the marketing process.
- Take on other responsibilities as assigned by the VPs and Management.
Experience you'll bring:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- An ability to build rapport across all personality types and organizational levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Canva, and AI tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- A knack for organization and dedication to quality.
Bonus Points:
- Knowledge of Medicare or medical terminology is a plus.
- Familiarity with medical conditions and prescription medications.
- Insight into industry carriers and underwriting processes for Medicare.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
