Overview
VTG is looking for a Front Office Business Program and Project Manager in the Washington Metropolitan Area. What will you do? * Assist with action items, congressional taskers, and data calls. * Update and maintain the content management system documentation on SharePoint, the office website, and shared folders. Post announcements and relevant updates for the program. * Distribute correspondence and documentation to external stakeholders to facilitate office information flow. * Prepare and coordinate senior level briefings, including developing presentation materials and capturing meeting notes. * Conduct research, gather background information, and take notes to support team forums. * Organize initiatives and work with TED officers to plan offsites or events. * Perform programmatic duties to ensure seamless day-to-day operations in the front office. * Coordinate with stakeholders at varying levels across the Sponsor enterprise. * Manage task assignments and coordination with key stakeholders through the official tasking system. * Prioritize and coordinate actions to meet the needs of the Front Office. * Facilitate timely completion of tasks by collaborating with Action Staff and Action POCs. * Assist in the preparation of action deliverables, including editing and consolidated briefing materials, talking points, and other supporting documents. Do you have what it takes? TS/SCI with Poly Required Must have a Bachelors Degree plus 12 years experience or a Masters Degree plus 10 years. All candidates must meet the following qualifications. Additional position-specific qualifications listed in the table below: * Bachelor's degree in an applicable field or at least 4 years of work experience in project management and resource management. * At least 4 years' experience supporting the IC. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Expertise in tracking and monitoring program activities and initiatives. * Proven ability to plan and organize tasks independently. * Strong written and oral communication, organization and interpersonal skills. * Demonstrated experience using MS Office applications and similar tools. * Proving ability to work independently and identify and implement solutions to issues as they arise. * Outstanding coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. * Ability to build strong relationships with customers and external partners. All standard qualifications listed above this table plus the following: * Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral. * Excellent time management skills and demonstrated experience operating in a challenging and fast-paced environment. * Demonstrated experience engaging with senior executives daily both in person and virtually. * Record of accomplishments supporting the customer on planning, implementing, and tracking team initiatives and deliverables * Experience working independently and completing multiple tasks. * Action-oriented and forward-leaning approach to supporting Sponsor requirements. * Outstanding coordination skills and ability to build strong customer relationships, along with a high comfort level managing multiple requirements with a strong attention to detail. * Experience with TaskIt to create, respond, and coordinate actions. * Familiarity with Hive, OneNote, and/or similar applications to manage and share program documentation ad and track activities. |
