The Housing Facilities Technician II position is responsible for all maintenance, inspection and repair of inside and exterior areas around a housing building including ventilation, drywall repair, painting, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and alarm systems. The staff member in this role will adhere to all policies, procedures, safety programs and records. The staff member will perform all levels of maintenance activities on housing buildings. The staff member will complete work orders assigned, develop and maintains preventive maintenance schedules and procedures and coordinates all maintenance needs with all technicians. The staff member will mentor all technician I. The staff member is responsible for handling housing turnover which includes cleanout and prep for the next client/tenant. The staff member will work with Housing Staff to follow the Land Lord Tenant act for access to the units. The staff member in this position will participates in on-call rotating schedules.
