Job Summary

The Senior Marketing Manager is accountable for driving results in a fast-paced environment by managing marketing projects and events across all omni channels and business units. This includes tradeshows, brochures/collateral, promotions, direct mailings, advertising, presentations, vendor relations, website management, graphic design, webinars, thought leadership and communications. The position serves as the centralized coordinator and point person for omni-channel marketing projects and leads global marketing initiatives with business units, operations, and other company functions. All projects will support the strategic initiatives of Alcami's business units and overall corporate strategy. The Sr. Marketing Manager will interact with internal and external clients on a daily basis.

    100% remote position.
  • 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.


Responsibilities

  • Works with vendors to resolve logistical aspects for all marketing events and ensure all collateral and displays are delivered, assembled and presentable on schedule.
  • Oversee the work of vendors responsible for design, layout, and construction of exhibits and display graphics.
  • Develops vision for and assists in design of displays to maximize effectiveness and cohesiveness with overall branding and marketing initiatives.
  • Participate in the generation of presentations given by the Company's subject matter experts at various trade shows, conferences, and meetings.
  • Supervises promotional efforts, marketing lead generation, and collaboration with digital/inbound marketing.
  • Prepares budget, yearly schedule and performance assessments to select future year's tradeshows, media and advertising, digital promotions and campaigns related to core business areas.
  • Creates, implements, and/or oversees communication materials that effectively promote the company including brochures, company or product fact sheets, PowerPoint slide decks, direct mail, and promotional items.
  • Manages the company website, SEO, and social media channels to optimize performance and lead generation.
  • Prepares and manages budgets across omni-channel marketing efforts including media and advertising, design, printing, promotional items, tradeshows, client events, campaigns, website, webinars, innovative technologies, and cross-functional projects.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or health-related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing in the CDMO industry.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Demonstrated skills, knowledge, and experience in the design and execution of marketing, communications, and public relations activities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have a strong writing background and experience with the development of communications and marketing collateral.
  • High-energy, positive, and team-oriented.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects at a time.
  • Keen eye for detail and strong aesthetic sense.
  • Outstanding editing skills in Microsoft Office, including Word and Power Point, with InDesign or other design experience preferred.
  • Fluency in the latest social media.
  • Thorough understanding of AP style guidelines.
  • Ability to lead by influence across functions and levels of the organization.
  • Uses professional concepts and company policies and SOPs to solve a broad range of difficult problems.
  • Receives minimal instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments.


Travel Expectations

  • Up to 25% travel required.

The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; high, precarious places; risk of electrical shock and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The employee will be required to wear the appropriate personal protective equipment for specific job duties to be performed. Such personal protective equipment may include, but not limited to safety eyewear, hearing protection, various types of respirators/breathing apparatus, lab coats, full protective body coverings, various types of gloves, etc. Other tasks involving elevated work may require the use of a body harness and lanyard. Additionally, the employee may be required to operate an industrial vehicle.
