Your Opportunity as the Senior Analyst, Compensation The Senior Analyst, Compensation is tasked with managing the analysis and administration of Compensation Programs and Practices in alignment with The J.M. Smucker Total Rewards Strategy. Manages the relationship for multiple client groups and HR business partners serving as a primary point of contact on Compensation matters. Collaborates with assigned client groups and HR business partners to solve business challenges through compensation solutions. Supports, and sometimes leads, the effective and consistent application of compensation administration policies and practices. Maintains and administers various compensation-related data management systems, determines and executes the deployment approach for annual and ad hoc compensation programs and initiatives. Location: Orrville, OH (Close proximity to Cleveland/Akron) Work Arrangements: Hybrid, Onsite approximately 6-9 days per month, during core weeks as determined by the Company; maybe more as business need requires In this role you will:
