SUMMARY

The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for driving business growth, account expansion, and market differentiation within a designated region by developing and executing strategic, data-driven marketing initiatives. This role focuses on accelerating demand through a range of programs-including virtual hands-on workshops, regional campaigns, and high-impact events-tailored to engage key personas across the customer journey. This is a highly collaborative position requiring strong alignment with sales, product marketing, and other cross-functional stakeholders to drive account penetration, product adoption, and industry influence.

RESPONSIBILITIES




  • Own and execute impactful regional marketing programs-including virtual workshops and regional campaigns-designed to engage users, key decision-makers, and influencers across the customer journey.





  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans, delivering scalable, insight-driven, and personalized campaigns to drive account penetration, pipeline growth, and product adoption (e.g., through programmatic ABM strategies).





  • Design and lead virtual hands-on workshops and persona-specific engagement programs, owning both the overarching program strategy and end-to-end project execution-including planning, cross-functional coordination, logistics, and timely delivery-to accelerate demand for our solutions.





  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product marketing, and corporate marketing, to ensure strategic alignment, drive account engagement, and deliver cohesive, high-impact programs.





  • Manage the field marketing budget responsibly, maximizing impact through strategic allocation of resources, and continuously evaluating campaign effectiveness using data-driven insights to optimize ROI and inform future investments.





  • Stay informed on industry trends and ABM best practices, consistently bringing forward innovative ideas and solutions to scale performance and enhance marketing effectiveness.




MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS




  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required.





  • A minimum of 5 years of experience related to B2B marketing, virtual event/event management or similar role.





  • Demonstrates a deep understanding of field marketing and programmatic account-based marketing.





  • Excellent communicator with the ability to effectively collaborate across multiple teams/functions, build organizational support, and work closely with sales teams to align marketing strategies and drive results.





  • Experience with marketing automation systems to successfully run campaigns





  • Self-motivated with a high level of personal accountability and the ability to work independently while also effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.





  • Strong analytics, reporting, and written communication skills





  • Rigorous attention to detail and focus on quality of deliverables




PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS




  • An MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.





  • Experience in B2B and B2C demand generation environment preferred





  • Ability to travel up to 25%





  • Ability to earn trust through performance and relationship-building





  • Prior experience working in a technical business setting with engineers or in engineering simulation is a plus





  • Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects in fast-paced, high-energy environments, demonstrating strong organizational and problem-solving skills while maintaining focus on quality and detail.





  • Ability to handle client-facing environments and adapt to real-time changes during event setup and execution, while maintaining professionalism and ensuring successful outcomes.
