Position Summary: The HR Representative plays a pivotal role in supporting HR operations at CBQ. Reporting directly to the HR Generalist, this position is responsible for managing the points system, providing frontline support to employees, assisting with HR projects and employee events, and ensuring seamless execution of annual open enrollment meetings in collaboration with site HR and operations management. The HR Representative will also focus on fostering employee appreciation and recognition initiatives, conducting investigations as needed, and accurately processing payroll hours.
