We are on the lookout for a dynamic and passionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our vibrant team! In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of implementing engaging Occupational Therapy services in a group setting, where every day is an opportunity to make a positive impact on our clients' lives. You'll be guided by the Occupational Therapy Standards of Practice and the Occupational Therapy Code of Ethics, while also ensuring compliance with facility policies and Joint Commission regulations. Compensation for this role ranges from $26.69-$34 per hour depending on education and experience. We are committed to providing competitive and equitable compensation. An individual's pay rate within the posted range is determined by several factors, including skills, experience, education, and market conditions.
