Sierra Lobo, offers customers a full range of professional and technical capabilities, including Test and Evaluation, Systems Engineering, and Advanced Technologies. We also develop products and processes related to Cryogenic Fluid and Thermal Management Systems, Densified Propellant Management Systems, and Prototype Extreme Pressure and Temperature Systems. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Facilitates plans, schedules, and personnel placements.
• Supports electrical and mechanical processes and projects.
• Supports engineering/technician teams as needed.

REQUISITE SKILLS:

• Experience with government facilities programs desirable but not necessary.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with rocket propulsion desirable but not necessary - willing to learn.
• The candidate shall have a good command of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint).
• A working knowledge of the English language is required.
• The candidate shall be able to operate in a team environment, and shall have good interpersonal, reporting and communication skills (written and verbal).

• Following Safety Regulations adhering to safety standards and regulations, including OSHA and other local codes.
• Communicating with Clients/Customers explaining issues to customers, outlining repair solutions, and recommending preventative measures.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
• Provide status reports on a weekly and monthly basis to management.
• Defines requirements for technician and engineering expectation.
• Evaluates performance of direct reports and conducts process improvement plans as needed.
• Assists with selection and hiring of appropriate personnel.
• Participates in reviews with various governing agencies for code compliance.
• Reviews vendor capability to ensure they offer appropriate services for the company.
• Monitors the activities of subcontracted technical services.
• Database experience with DDMS and Maximo is preferred but not necessary.
• Must be willing to be available after hours or weekends on an as needed basis.
• Will be required to manage multiple activities.
• Facilitate a work environment where direct reports feel appreciated.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 15 or more years of related experience.
