Description Waterproofing, above grade and below grade, foam injection. Must be able to caulk windowsperimeters and wet glaze along with brick control joints as well as tilt wall joints. Also, wall coatingsand EFIS repair, application of acrylic, urethane or silicone spray coating on top of existing single-plyor built-up roof, Modified, Asphalt and BUR. Applications of waterproof coating atop existing roofmembranes for easier repair and maintain. Job Functions: Observes all safety rules, including proper usage of PPE. Waterproofing to repair and maintain, various roofs and accessories. Can complete all tasks associated with applying the layer of extra protection to oneor more roofing systems, including PVC, TPO, EPDM, MOD BIT, BUR, and asphalt. Works under general supervision, receiving assignments in the form of work orders,inspection reports, or verbal instructions. Independently lays out the work, determines applicable work methods, plans sequence of work, and accomplishes assignments in compliance with practices and standards establishedin the job profile of the vocation. Performs other related duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills & Experience (Essential): Must be able to read drawings, sketches, and diagrams as required Able to apply trade knowledge procedures and practices as required Must be skilled in the safe and economical use of the full range of tools, equipment, and materials needed for the accomplishment of the assigned work High School diploma or equivalent Three (3) or more years of roofing waterproofing experience Knowledge, Skills & Experience (Desirable): Three (3) or more years roofing waterproofing experience Knowledge of construction industry Key Competencies: Ability to communicate well with supervisor and co-workers Sound judgment Well organized; Adept at planning work and managing time
