The Human Resources Business Partner will be integral to partnering and developing people strategies for our business. This individual will help with identifying and analyzing business and people needs where HR solutions will be leveraged and implemented. The HRBP needs business acumen, excellent communication skills, influence skills as well as the ability to thrive in a fast paced, rigorous environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Learn our business, products and understands our internal and external clients' needs.
- Works with the Senior HRBPs to partner with leaders and employees across all levels to develop the talent strategy needed to support product growth and innovation and builds a work environment where employees can thrive and grow.
- Serves as a strategic partner to Senior HRBPs and Business Unit leadership team to enable people to accomplish professional and organizational goals.
- Drives continuous development and creates a culture of feedback that helps to grow top talent and future leaders.
- Partners with Recruiting and the business to attract talent.
- Serves as a champion for change and continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies and focusing on the greater good of the organization.
- Proactively mitigates risk to employees and the organization by addressing employee relations matters in a timely manner.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

- Strong business acumen and a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and understand the business environment, strategy and people initiatives.
- Strong relationship building skills and demonstrated ability to effectively build trust and credibility with employees and leaders.
- Experience in supporting the development of innovative HR programs, initiatives and solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated understanding and application of employment and labor laws.
- Demonstrated experience in the area of employee relations.
- Experience in administering performance management programs and linking pay and performance.
- Exceptional consultation, coaching, facilitation, organizational and change management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and utilizing Workday.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required with a focus on Human Resources or related discipline preferred.
- PHR or SPHR designation preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years' experience in a human resources business partner, generalist or labor relations role.
- Experience supporting a Sales, Product or Content team preferred.
