The Opportunity

The Brand Communications team is seeking a Senior Manager to elevate and amplify Adobe's brand messaging and narratives. We are looking for someone who has a strong understanding and passion for the technology industry, who has demonstrated ability producing impactful visual stories across communications platforms and audiences. They will be a key partner to collaborators across the Adobe Global Marketing Organization and BU teams to develop and lead social-first communications programs telling the overall Adobe brand story and the impact it has on the industries, cultures, and people it transforms.

What you'll Do
  • This role will take the lead in building and orchestrating impactful brand communications strategies in close partnership with the Adobe Communications team and global marketing function.
  • You'll identify new trends, communities and emerging platforms where Adobe should have a presence to breakthrough and reach key audiences.
  • As thought leadership partner, you'll develop and rollout a program of social-first content that advance's the company reputation and marketing narrative. You'll deliver strategic campaigns across platforms for key audiences including business professionals and communicators, and marketing leaders.
  • Demonstrate creative storytelling skills to craft content for a variety of mediums. Social media channels, blogs, media soundbites, executive keynotes, and employee communications channels, and others.
  • You'll collaborate with our global marketing team and BU partners on subject matter areas and craft narratives. Team up with Adobe's media teams on press engagements and storylines. Partner with Employee Communications on content for internal communications programs.
  • As program manager and lead for the development of content, you'll reimagining how we deliver communications moments to support Adobe's global marketing priorities. Including speaking engagements at events, for employee meetings and internal initiatives, and more.
Experiences to succeed:
  • B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent experience in communications, marketing or related field
  • 10+ years of experience working to produce, build, and grow brand presence and narratives.
  • Exceptional writing/editing/producing skills.
  • Proven track record of building communications programs tailored to industry leaders, bloggers, and influencers.
  • Be a critical thinker and creative problem solver.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $109,000 -- $210,900 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
