SLU, which also has a campus in Madrid, Spain, is recognized for world-class academics, life-changing research, compassionate health care, and a strong commitment to faith and service. 2025 Summer Camp Counselor PRN Opportunity Gardens to Tables Culinary Camp at Saint Louis University This camp runs for 8 weeks from June 2-August 1 (with a break for 4th of July). Through this camp, campers are engaged in gardening, cooking, and nutrition activities. Summer Interns will gain valuable experience with nutrition and culinary education, meal planning, procurement, recipe modification, and working with a variety of aged children and teenagers under the supervision of an RDN. If chosen, you will guide the campers through their culinary experiences as well as take them on fun field trips. This Summer Camp Counselor PRN job opportunity is for 40 hours/week. Counselors will behired to start on May 27for training and planning opportunities. QUALIFICATIONS Background in Education, recreation, nutrition and dieteticsor related field. Experience in supervising and teaching groups of children in activity programs.
