Great Hill is seeking an experienced Senior Engineer/Analyst to serve as Task Lead and Test Planner in support of the EWDS II Agile Reaction Test (ART). This role will oversee all test planning, coordination, and execution activities in support of expeditionary warfare Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP) development. The location for this position is NUWC Keyport, WA (onsite only) and requires an Active Secret Clearance. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day leadership for the contractor test team, ensuring alignment with all contract deliverables.
- Coordinate directly with the Test Director (TD) to manage schedule, risks, and resources.
- Oversee the development of Project Test Plans (PTP), Detailed Test Plans (DTPs), and supporting documentation.
- Develop and refine test concepts, objectives, scenarios, data strategies, and planning documentation.
- Support the government's transition and closedown process, ensuring successful integration of all test products.
Basic Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in supervisory, project management, planning, and research roles.
- Experience leading test planning efforts for DoD or joint programs.
- Familiarity with the JT&E Program Handbook and test execution within live, virtual, and constructive environments.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and familiarity with test data systems.
Desired Skills:
- Previous experience supporting Joint Test & Evaluation (JT&E) or operational testing.
- Experience developing or integrating expeditionary warfare TTPs.
