Great Hill is seeking an experienced operational planner and analyst to support EWDS II test planning, particularly in the areas of Mobile Inshore Undersea Warfare (MIUW) and Expeditionary Advanced Base Operations (EABO). This position supports test product development, execution, and refinement of maritime warfare TTPs. The location for this position is NUWC Keyport, WA (onsite only) and requires an Active Secret Clearance.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Contribute to the development and documentation of test products and tactical planning tools.
  • Assist with scenario development and joint force integration strategies.
  • Apply knowledge of MIUW and EABO to test execution and refinement of forward-deployed sensor and command integration strategies.
  • Participate in field testing, data collection, and after-action reporting.


Basic Qualifications:



  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in tactical-level joint planning or operations.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of EABO, expeditionary sensing, and small-unit communications.
  • Experience supporting data analysis or test documentation efforts in a DoD context.


Desired Skills:



  • Previous experience writing TTPs or supporting JT&E initiatives.
