Great Hill is seeking a skilled Operations Research/Systems Analyst to support test design, data analysis, and test product development for the EWDS II ART. The ORSA will apply quantitative and qualitative methods to assess TTP effectiveness in expeditionary operations. The location for this position is NUWC Keyport, WA (onsite only) and requires an Active Secret Clearance.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Design test measures and data collection strategies aligned to operational goals.
  • Lead analysis of field test data, including statistical modeling and root cause analysis.
  • Develop and administer operational surveys, analyze results, and report actionable findings.
  • Create detailed project documentation including test plans, reports, and decision support tools.


Basic Qualifications:



  • Minimum of 2 years experience applying ORSA methods in test and evaluation environments.
  • Demonstrated experience with test design, data modeling, and statistical software (e.g., JMP, Python).
  • Ability to translate abstract technical concepts into clear recommendations for commanders.


Desired Skills:



  • Prior experience with JT&E or multi-service operational test programs.
  • Familiarity with multi-domain targeting, maritime ISR, and TTP development
