Short Description

This position will support the implementation of the Title X program at Cooper University Cape Regional Hospital. In collaboration with the medical director, and in alignment with state and federal guidelines, this role will manage specific components of the Title X Program, including:

  • Fiscal management: work with Finance team to ensure correct reporting on program expenses and revenue.
  • Data reporting: work with Cooper Cape and data teams to ensure appropriate reporting on program volume and other required program metrics
  • Marketing/community engagement: work with Cooper Cape and marketing teams to further develop the marketing/community engagement plan
  • Work with Cooper Cape team to finalize Policy & Procedure manual
  • Scheduling, coordinating meetings.
  • Managing additional Title X activities in consulation with supervisor.

Experience Required

3 - 5 years' experience in community based project planning/management, organization administration, grant management, or related work.


Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in public health, Public Administration, Public Policy, Health Care Administration, Business Administration or related field.


Special Requirements

Knowledge, experience and success in managing projects involving multiple stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to effectively diagnose, isolate, and resolve complex problems pertaining to project and grant operations, organization development, partner satisfaction, and change management.

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills are required; strong oral/written communication skills, including diplomacy and the ability to work with all disciplines, levels, and backgrounds, is also a must.
