What You Will Do:

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using low code platforms (Kore.ai, Workato, OutSystems/Mendix) with a strong emphasis on incorporating generative AI capabilities

• Actively participate in the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring robust testing, high-quality code, and seamless integration

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and develop innovative solutions, demonstrating the latest technologies, tools, and methodologies

• Apply DevSecOps best practices to maintain application security, infrastructure integrity, and data protection while ensuring an agile and efficient development pipeline

• Manage and maintain code repositories, facilitating smooth collaboration, version control, and CI/CD processes

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, particularly in low code and generative AI, and share knowledge with the team to drive innovation

• Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization, enhancing products to ensure an outstanding user experience

• Resolve complex technical issues and providing timely, effective solutions to ensure optimal system performance and reliability

• Communicate technical concepts and project progress to senior management, including Directors and VPs, in a clear and compelling manner

Who You Are:

• Related university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field. Desired 2 year of related experience

• Full stack development experience that includes cloud-native Web development (GCP, Azure or AWS)

• Strong knowledge in the following programming languages: .Net, Java, Python

• Proficient in the utilization of Design Patterns for both back and front end development

• Knowledgeable in database technologies including SQL, Oracle with the ability to design operating data stores for large applications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Able to build strong working relationships with team members, partners, and collaborators

• Able to balance and weigh competing priorities with guidance from other team members and determine appropriate course of action
