To enable this vision, we are looking for passionate, smart, and motivated Software Engineer to join our team.

Your Impact
  • Maintain and support the Enterprise Contact Center product for both Premise and Cloud (Hybrid) platforms.
  • Act as the technical expert for the product, resolving production incidents and performing root cause analyses (RCA).
  • Identify and address serviceability gaps, enhancing product resiliency and reliability.
  • Ensure seamless feature rollouts and provide effective communication updates to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in product support, design, and development of scalable, highly available applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to analyze and resolve complex system issues with minimal downtime.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and Python.
  • Expertise in server-side application support (e.g., Java, Tomcat, web applications) and operating environments (Windows/Linux).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with databases (relational, columnar, document-oriented), MS SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Git source control and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins).
  • Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, tools, and AI development initiatives is a plus.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and Agile/Scrum-inspired delivery methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical partners.
