To enable this vision, we are looking for passionate, smart, and motivated Software Engineer to join our team.

  • Develop complex software/services, ensuring timely delivery with high quality and reliability standards.
  • Operate in a modern agile environment with a DevOps mentality, embracing continuous deployment practices.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to align on architecture, design, and dependencies.
  • Lead efforts to reduce technical debt, conduct design/code reviews, and resolve production incidents.
  • Continuously innovate by researching emerging technologies and contributing to scalable, secure service design.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field with 15+ years of experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in architecting and implementing highly available SaaS applications with expertise in Microservices, AWS, Java, APIs, databases, CI/CD, and telemetry.
  • Strong understanding of telephony, UCaaS, CCaaS, SIP, and integrations with CPaaS providers.
  • Proficiency in REST API design, scalable web application development, and SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Expertise in automated unit and API testing, continuous integration, and safe deployment practices.
  • Hands-on experience with data streaming technologies, messaging queues, and caching systems.
  • Strong mentoring and coaching skills with a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead by example with tenacity and ownership ethics.
  • A fearless approach to learning new technologies and experimenting with innovative development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, a passion for clean code, and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
