Enbridge has a phenomenal opportunity for a teamwork focused Environmental Senior Advisor to bring their proven technical skills in data systems management and U.S. air emissions reporting to the team. In this role you would be responsible for the development, maintenance, and integrity of environment emission data systems for Enbridge assets.

What You Will Do:

  • Implement the configuration, development and maintenance of the Encompass (Enablon) R&E module for Enbridge assets (new and existing, including permit and equipment updates)

  • Support a variety of reporting tasks, including annual GHG Reporting and calculation updates, sustainability reporting and Air Permit compliance reporting

  • Ensure the Environment team's requirements are met within other data systems (i.e. HMI, SCADA, SoLoNOx, station alarms) including monitoring and reporting on the health of these systems. Manage and monitor data quality through QA/QC software application

  • Collaborate with TIS Engineering & Technical Services to ensure data systems meet environmental requirements, and to resolve systems issues affecting reporting

  • Coordinate and support transitions between data systems including calculation configurations, data migration, and data correction

  • Conduct Business User Acceptance Testing for Enablon systems configuration enhancements and integration projects to ensure data meets air compliance needs.

Who you are:

  • Degree in environmental, physical or biological sciences or related Environmental, Health and Safety and Emergency Response field.

  • Minimum 7 years' experience in relevant emissions data and Technology Information Systems.

  • Ability to comprehend diverse Information Technology and emissions related issues.

  • Ability to organize and write clear documents and correspondence to various audiences.

  • Previous direct experience working with data systems and emission reporting requirements, preferred.

Working Conditions:

  • Office environment.

  • Up to 10% of travel is required. Valid passport is required.

  • Critical deadlines affecting schedule, budget and overall success of internal and external emissions reporting.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:

Grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
