Position Summary:

The Community Service Liaison in conjunction with the Director of Business Development is responsible for implementation of the comprehensive business development program/marketing plan. This position will coordinate the referral development/sales in the community. This position is responsible for maintaining account management information of referral sources and managing all related referral development activities.

Hours are based on departmental and facility needs and may include day, evening and weekend hours, as directed by the Director of Business Development. Midshift / evening (11am-7pm or 12pm-8pm), weekends as needed

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Training:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Psychology, or related healthcare disciplines or 5+ years of marketing experience and a high school diploma.
  • 3-4 years progressive Marketing experience; preferably in healthcare.

Experience:

  • Minimum of five to seven years of experience in a marketing position, of which at least 4 years should be in a healthcare setting.
  • 3-4 years of social media experience (25%)
  • Three years in a supervisory position.
  • Previous marketing experience in a psychiatric setting preferred.
