The Value in Partnership (VIP) Project Success Recruiter, is responsible for sourcing candidates, screening
resumes, interviewing applicants and placing qualifies candidates into job openings available at the VIP+ client
site during the program implementation phase. This individual is responsible for ramping up the recruiting efforts
of assigned customers based on their workforce needs and maintaining the recruiting process momentum until
a permanent site recruiter is onboarded. This Recruiter, VIP Program Implementation will manager a high-volume
of requisitions for roles in Manufacturing and distribution across various industries and will be accountable to
meet specific staffing goals (time to fill, diversity hiring, recruiting compliance, etc.).

Your Role & Responsibilities
* Develops creative sourcing plans and leverages traditional networking approaches to identify
candidates - community engagement with schools, colleges, vocational schools for skilled roles, web-based, and social media channels.
* Builds and retains an active pipeline of candidates for assigned open roles at client site.
* Understands and leverages the company's reputation to attract both passive and active candidates.
* Understands open position requirements including experience, skills and availability needed for a
candidate to successfully perform the job.
* Screens, interviews, and recommends candidates for open positions.
* Leads candidates through the interview cycle and follow up throughout the hiring process to ensure
candidate is informed as they get moved through each phase.
* Partners with customer's on-site leadership to design content for online job postings
* Leverages data to such as skills gap analysis, headcount needs vs. candidates available in the area,
unemployment rates, etc. to develop a hiring plan and set expectations with customer.
* Conducts drug screens, I-9s, and background checks

Preferred Education & Experience
* High school diploma or 3 years of progressive experience in in-house recruiting or staffing, preferably in
the manufacturing and or supply chain industry

Competencies (Skills & Knowledge You'll Bring)
* Experience using a CRM system.
* Experience using an applicant tracking system.
* Experience conducting different types of interviews.
* Experience working high-volume requisition load and ability to fill positions in a timely manner.
* Previous experience as an on-site recruiter representing a staffing company, preferred.
* Community volunteering or social outreach experience.
* Excellent customer service skills including ability to react appropriately in stressful situations and
deal with difficult customer or vendor situations diplomatically.
* Knowledge of employment law and compliance.
* Communicates information and ideas clearly and articulately both in oral and written form. Uses
appropriate language, style and methods depending on audience and the purpose of communication.
* Achieves results in a quality, timely, and cost-effective way. Sees priorities, plans the efficient use of
resources, and monitors progress against objectives.
* Responds positively to change and adapted to new situations quickly. Able to take on a diverse range
of tasks equally effectively.
* Experience using various technology platforms to drive effective decisions.

Your Work Environment (Physical Demands)
Remote/Hybrid: Typically work is performed either in an office environment or a suitable workspace to
conduct business free of distractions and background noise. This position requires compliance for all
occupational safety and health standards, rules, and regulations. Below are a few standards specific for this
position:
* Sit or stand for long periods of time and walk short distances
* Regularly required to talk, hear, and communicate in writing
* Adjust to vision for both close and distance views
* Stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 25 pounds

Travel Requirements
75-100% travel time expected for the position.
MVR Requirements
Must have a valid drivers' license with a driving record indicating a safe driving history acceptable to the
company and at all times remain eligible to drive a motor vehicle under applicable laws and regulations.

The anticipated annual base salary for this position in the US is $60,000 to $70,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
