In this key role, you will
be responsible for preparing and dispensing many types of pharmaceuticals to
fulfill orders in the inpatient pharmacies. You will collaborate closely with
other members of the health care team to help prevent inappropriate or misuse
of medications. Adhering to departmental policies and procedures, you will
deliver a wide range of clinical services (e.g., pharmacokinetic dosing,
therapeutic interchange, IV/PO conversions, TPN per pharmacy, pharmacist
interventions).
