Job Description
PURPOSE OF POSITION

Provide active recruiting support to HR and Ops for open positions. Provide advance recruiting support to BD for proposal efforts. Provide support and administration for internship programs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Must possess high school diploma or equivalent. Minimum four years' active recruiting experience in defense and/or aerospace industry desired. Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field preferred.

Training and Experience: Five (5) years' administrative, military, and/or human resources experience.

General Skills: Must be able to prioritize tasks, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be highly organized. Must be able to handle multiple tasks, possess strong analytical skills, be detail oriented, and be able to operate successfully with little to no supervision.

Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Create position requisitions as directed.


  • Post open positions with various agencies to include CTI's website.


  • Update/maintain Open Position Log and Advertisement Log to ensure jobs are posted to the appropriate media sources.


  • Schedule interviews and prepare packages for the interviewing team. Participate in interviews as directed.


  • Disposition candidates appropriately when requisitions are closed.


  • Coordinate with members of Business Development team to source proposal-related candidates, provide contingent offers as necessary, and secure permission for use of qualified resumes in proposal efforts.


  • Administer SkillBridge internship program to ensure compliance with guidelines and commitments. Make recommendations for process improvement to ensure maximum value to separating/retiring veterans and to associated CTI departments.


  • Coordinate with HR Specialist for On-Boarding and Compliance to prepare employment offers and contingent offers, and to transition applicants from recruiting status to on-boarding status.


  • Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
