As aper diem,non-exempt CPS Solutions, LLC Staff Pharmacist, you will fill orders with accuracy; check technician-prepared products before release; maintain security of pharmacy and controlled substances; enter orders and patient information with accuracy; aid in the training of new staff; update the Director about the daily activities of the pharmacy; and aid the Director in maintaining the pharmacy.

Schedule:This position can work up to 19 hours per week, providing coverage "as needed". This position has no regularly scheduled hours. This position may be required to work Monday- Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm (specific days and hours TBD), and provide rotating weekend coverage Saturday and Sunday from 8:00a-12:00pm rotation.

About the Facility:The Kempsville Center for Behavioral Health isaJoint Commission accredited facility. The hospital provides acute and residential behavioral and mental health services for adolescents. CPS Solutions, LLChas partnered with the hospital to manage the day to day operations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC.

About the Pharmacy:Pharmacy hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm / Saturday and Sunday from 8:00am-12:00pm. This centralized inpatient pharmacy will use CPOE and eMAR along with RX_HCS Clinical and Omnicell automated dispensing systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD) from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy; PharmD preferred
• Current Pharmacist license in good standing in Virginia
• Experience as a Pharmacist in aHospital setting preferred
• Ability to work independently, set priorities, make critical decisions, and respond to client concerns
• Demonstrated accuracy and timeliness in a work setting
• Experience using computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and pharmacy information systems
• Effective communications skills; verbal and written

Hospital Requirements:

• (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof ofnegativeTB skin test within thelast 12 months
• (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer proving immunity
• Varicella -(2)documented doses or A Blood Titer proving immunity
• Hepatitis B3 Series or declination
• (Flu) Influenza-required for hire between Oct 1^st-April 30^th
• Covid Vaccination
