Purpose of Position
The Scrum Master, Sr. will be a servant leader who will facilitates and coaches teams. The Scrum Master plays a key role in helping scrum teams and the broader organization understand the scrum theory and how to apply Lean principles that will enable the team to become more collaborative and effective. The Scrum Master will coach the team by guiding them through their work by skillfully removing obstacles and distractions that may impede the team from meeting goals. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record managing agile teams, who possess expertise in the Scrum framework(s) and who demonstrates servant leadership qualities. The ideal candidate should also have experience with facilitation of cross-functional groups above the delivery team for backlog item creation and management, risk, dependency and staffing planning and progress monitoring at the delivery team level.The ideal candidate also has experience with transformational change, change management and being an active leadering during change implementation. Tasks and Responsibilities
* Perform as a Coach to ensure the teams are self-managed and manage the work dependencies across teams Minimum Education
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent industry experience Minimum Experience
* 10+ years of professional experience as a Scrum Master or Leader in Software Development working with Agile Teams. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
