Position Title: Forklift Wage: $18.00/hour Shift: 2nd / 3rd Hours: 3:30pm - 12:00am Work for a company in Marshalltown, IA with exciting potential for growth! This company is looking for employees who are interested in being a part of a team. Apply to this 2nd / 3rd shift Forklift position today! Forklift Responsibilities: - Operate stand-up forklift to move, load/unload components to designated areas within warehouse - Use handheld scanner to scan orders in/out in preparation for shipment - Check parts received against purchase orders to verify incoming shipments are correct - Package and prepare items to ensure safe transportation - Inspect materials for damages and defects - Mark damaged when product doesn't meet standards - Rotate and stock materials as necessary - Maintain safe and clean work environments by keeping shelves, pallet areas, and work stations clutter free Requirements for Forklift: - Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally (3-5x./day) and lifting 10lbs repetitively (10-15x/day) - Ability to stand for 8-10 hours at a time - Ability to work in a non-climate controlled area - Ability to bend, twist, pull and crouch throughout the shift - Ability to read/write in English marshalltown@qpsemployment.com IND097 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
