Position Title: Deburrer
Wage: $18.00 - $19.20/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 6:00am - 4:30pm Are your skills not being fully utilized? Reach your maximum potential by working with QPS! QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for a Deburrer at a company in Lincolnshire, IL. This is a temporary position for 1st shift. Apply now! Deburrer Responsibilities: - Deburr parts per the process card - Deburr manifold blocks - Perform safety check on thermal deburring machine prior to operation - Operate thermal deburring machine - Check completed manifolds for damage and contamination - Stack finished product as directed by work instructions on pallets or crates - Maintain clean work environment - Comply with all safety and sanitation regulations Requirements for Deburrer: - High School Diploma or equivalent preferred - No prior experience required; 6 month's experience in a manufacturing environment preferred - Ability to read blueprints - Comfort level working around machinery in a fast-paced environment - Ability to follow written and verbal instructions given in English - Ability to meet quality and entry level productivity standards - Ability to stay on task for long periods of time - Strong attention to detail - Ability to work as part of a team - Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds without assistance - Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time gurnee@qpsemployment.com IND019 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
