Compensation Grade: P20Compensation Details: Minimum: $73,627.00 - Maximum: $73,627.00 AnnuallyDepartment (OHEHR) AI - AIDS InstituteJob Description: In addition to the Compensation Details above, the incumbent in this position will be eligible to receive location pay ($4,000/year). Responsibilities The Senior Health Program Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the coordination of activities for the Office of Quality Initiative's Center for Quality Improvement and Innovation (CQII), which provides technical assistance on quality improvement to Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) recipients.CQII also implements the Skills Sharing Program (SSP), a global health capacity and skill building program between RWHAP providers and PEPFAR-supported clinical sites. SSP collaborates with Ministries of Health, US government groups, and HRSA-funded providers to implement a bilateral peer-to-peer exchange between participating sites in other countries and HRSA-funded clinics and providers in the United States. This role will assist in the coordination of both SSP as well as key activities in CQII's national quality improvement (QI) learning collaboratives. Duties include: providing support and communicating with funders, implementing partners and host country providers participating in SSP regarding the day to day operations of each country's program activities (from program inception to close out); collaboration with multi-agency and country staff in different time zones to fulfill program objectives; supporting program design and implementation, including adapting programming to align to each country's and learning collaborative participants' needs; supporting in-country site visits up to three times per quarter; coordinating virtual learning session development (content curation and approval, scheduling, and facilitator management); supporting monitoring and/or evaluation efforts of programming; contributing to the identification of capacity building and dissemination opportunities; supporting coaching of QI concepts, projects and capacity building programs. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field and two years of experience contributing to the coordination of program activities in a public health, health, health regulatory, or human services related program; OR an Associate's degree in a related field and four years of such experience; OR six years of such experience. A Master's degree in a related field may substitute for one year of experience. Preferred Qualifications
Conditions of Employment Grant funded position. Compliance with funding requirements such as time and effort reporting, grant deliverables, and contract deliverables, is required. Valid and unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. is required. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Travel, up to 25% of the time, may be required. The selected candidate must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the official work location specified in the job posting and must also be located in or willing to relocate to one of the following states: New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Vermont, or Massachusetts, prior to hire.
