Role Overview: We are seeking a driven, people-focused Candidate Care Specialist to join our team and be on the front lines of our candidate experience. As a Candidate Care Specialist, you will gain exposure to Talent Acquisition strategies and best practices. You will own critical administrative projects for the team with clear performance objectives. These projects will have you interacting with each member of the TA team, HR Business Partners, managers within the business, and candidates daily. Responsibilities Include:
