Le Volontariat International en Entreprise est un programme unique au monde sponsorise par le Ministere francais de l'Economie, des Finances et du Travail et qui permet a Airbus d'offrir a de jeunes professionnels la possibilite d'acquerir une experience

remuneree et valorisante a l'etranger, dans un metier technique ou commercial.

Le programme VIE est un contrat specifique, en vertu des criteres d'eligibilite de Business France.

Principaux criteres d'exigibilite du VIE :

  • Etre citoyen(ne) de l'Union Europeenne (plus Norvege, Islande et Liechtenstein), et candidat(e) diplome(e) age(e) de 28 ans maximum.

  • Avoir accompli les obligations militaires de son pays.

  • Niveau avance en anglais.

Duree du contrat : 18 mois

Basee au siege d'Airbus Americas a Herndon, VA, le VIE fera partie du bureau regional du Procurement en Amerique du Nord qui rend compte a la fonction Procurement en Europe et a Airbus Americas, Inc, une filiale d'Airbus basee aux Etats-Unis. Le VIE rendra compte au responsable d'Airbus Americas Procurement Strategy (AAPX).

Taches et responsabilites:

Vous apporterez votre soutien au management, sur des sujets relevant du cadre suivant :

Sujet: management et projet

  • Soutenir les initiatives et les projets de regionalisation du Procurement (assurer la liaison avec les autres parties prenantes, suivre les echeances, preparer des documents pour soutenir la direction et faciliter la prise de decision).

  • Mettre a jour et entretenir le site Google interne.

  • Organiser et assurer la liaison avec les principales parties prenantes pour l'organisation d'evenements (presentation, logistique, parties prenantes, etc.).

  • Ameliorer continuellement la gouvernance et maintenir le calendrier de planification, les indicateurs cles de performance, le suivi des actions, la formation, etc.

  • Organiser et/ou soutenir l'organisation de Team Boosters/Workshops aux Etats-Unis.

  • Conduire des projets dedies (par exemple des initiatives d'amelioration, des projets interfonctionnels, etc.)

  • Soutenir les besoins commerciaux ad hoc de l'equipe de direction

2. Outil IT & Rapports

  • Preparer ou consolider tout materiel ou presentation necessaire a l'equipe de direction pour une communication interne/externe a Airbus.

  • Extraire des donnees de differents outils d'Airbus et generer des rapports, des KPI et des tableaux de bord a partir des donnees recueillies.

  • Maintenir, mettre a jour et ameliorer a la demande les outils actuels de l'equipe bases sur Excel/GSuites.

  • Maintenir, mettre a jour et ameliorer les rapports existants, en automatisant le processus lorsque c'est possible/necessaire.

  • Documenter les processus existants pour la generation de KPI/Rapports/Tableaux de bord pour les generations futures.

Competences requises:

Competences techniques :

  • Competences avancees sur G-suites/ PowerPoint/ Microsoft Excel

  • Solides competences en matiere de presentation

  • Capacites et experience en matiere de gestion de projet

  • Competences en matiere d'analyse et de presentation des donnees

  • Capacite a analyser, comprendre et mettre a jour les outils et solutions informatiques existants

  • La connaissance/experience des outils et processus Airbus est un plus

Competences non techniques :

  • Solides competences interpersonnelles, capacites de gestion et de coordination des parties prenantes

  • Excellent sens de l'organisation

  • Capacite a travailler dans un environnement en evolution rapide avec plusieurs sujets en parallele

Langues :

  • Anglais courant

  • La connaissance du francais, de l'allemand ou de l'espagnol est un plus.

Citoyennete :

  • Vous devez etre autorise a travailler aux Etats-Unis.

Description of the job:

The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) is a unique international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.

The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France's eligibility criteria.

VIE Main Requirements:

* European Union citizens (plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Monaco), graduates up to and including 28 years old

* Have fulfilled military obligations for their country, if any

Duration of the contract: 18 months

Based at Airbus Americas' headquarters located in Herndon, VA, the VIE will be part of Procurement Regional Office North America that reports to the Procurement function in Europe, and to Airbus Americas, Inc., an Airbus affiliate based in the US. The VIE will report to the head of Airbus Americas Strategic Procurement (AAPX).

Tasks & accountabilities

You will be supporting management as relevant with topics encompassing the following scope:

Managerial topics/projects

  • Support Procurement regionalization initiatives and projects (liaising with other stakeholders, keeping track of timelines, preparing material to support management and facilitate decision making)

  • Update and maintain internal G-site

  • Organize & liaise with key stakeholders for the organization of events (Presentation, logistics, stakeholders, etc...)

  • Continuously enhance governance and maintain Management planning Calendar, KPIs, action tracker, training etc...

  • Organize and/or support Team boosters/Workshops organization within the US

  • Drive dedicated projects for (e.g. improvement initiatives, cross-functional projects etc)

  • Support adhoc business needs from the leadership team

IT Tools & Reports

  • Prepare or consolidate any material or presentation needed by the leadership team for inside/outside to Airbus communication

  • Extract data from different Airbus tools and generate reports, KPIs & dashboards out of the gathered data

  • Maintain, update & upgrade on demand the team's current excel/GSuites-based tools

  • Maintain, update & upgrade the existing reports, automating the process when possible/necessary

  • Document the existing processes for KPI/Report/Dashboard generation for future generations to use

VIE Required skills

You have the following skills and experience:

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced skills on G-suites/ PowerPoint/ Microsoft Excel

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Project Management capabilities and experience

  • Data analysis & presentation skills

  • Ability to analyze, understand & upgrade existing IT tools & solutions

  • Knowledge/experience on the Airbus tools & processes is a plus

Soft Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills/Stakeholder management & coordination capabilities

  • Excellent sense of organization

  • Ability to work in a rapidly-changing environment with multiple topics in parallel

Languages:

  • Fluent English

  • Knowledge of French, German or Spanish is a plus

Citizenship:

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
