Location: Field based - ideally located in the Midwest-Iowa, Dakotas, MN, Nebraska Ceva Animal Health is seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to join our Swine Business Unit as a Strategic Accounts Manager. This role will be responsible for building and managing key relationships with top-tier swine production systems, influencers, and channel partners to drive business growth and long-term partnership opportunities. * Proven success in strategic account management or B2B sales roles. * Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. * Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to navigate complex customer environments. * Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite. * Willingness to travel regularly within assigned region and occasionally nationally.
Education - Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Agribusiness, Veterinary Medicine, or related field; advanced degree (DVM, MBA) preferred. Work Experience - 5+ years of experience in the animal health, livestock production, or agri-business industry, with a strong preference for swine-specific experience.
Willingness to travel regularly within assigned region and occasionally nationally.
This is a field-based position requiring frequent travel (50-70%) to customer sites, production facilities, trade events, and internal meetings. Work is conducted in a mix of environments, including:
* Must be able to adhere to on-farm biosecurity requirements and safety guidelines. * May require occasional work outside of standard business hours to accommodate customer schedules or travel. * Must be able to lift and carry materials (up to 30 lbs) occasionally, such as samples, promotional materials, or equipment. * Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a vehicle for business travel are required.
