Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
* Handle work ticket orders received electronically or by phone, including outbound calls. * Qualify and verify customer requests. * Check technicians in and out, and book/dispatch purchase orders to subcontractors or divisions promptly. * Manage customer requests for service, ensuring prompt and knowledgeable service to customer satisfaction. * Perform other duties as assigned. Additional Skills & Qualifications: * Minimum 1 year of customer service experience * Previous call center experience is a plus. * Solid tenure with at least one year at each position. * Proficient in Microsoft programs. * Strong attention to detail. Department Details: * Priority 1 (National Accounts): Handle the needs of large clients like Walmart, Home Depot, Target, etc. This department is high volume and high stress, requiring high attention to detail. * Call Volume: Average around 150 inbound calls a day with 25 outbound. Shift Details: * Tuesday - Saturday: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM * Sunday - Thursday: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM * Friday - Monday: 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM * Training Hours: First 2 weeks, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM in a classroom setting at the office, followed by assigned shift while training/shadowing on the floor.
