The Position

An exciting position has arisen for a Public Sector Compliance Manager based in Adobe's McLean, VA office! This role will have comprehensive responsibility for ensuring that Adobe's US and Canada Public Sector business aligns with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and contractual commitments. In this role, you will:

• Establish, communicate and implement compliance policies, procedures and training programs.
• Proactively monitor and educate business partners on changes in laws, rules and regulations that potentially impact Public Sector's ability to sell its products and services to government entities.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and monitoring procedures to identify compliance gaps and implement corrective measures.
• Address compliance-related inquiries and provide guidance to leadership and sales teams on compliance matters.
• Investigate suspected compliance violations, document findings, report as appropriate and take appropriate corrective actions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Do you possess?

• 10 years experience of laws and regulations related to areas such as government procurement, software/SaaS licensing and data privacy/security.
• Experience in designing and managing compliance programs, including risk assessments, audits, and investigations.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze complex data and identify potential compliance risks.
• Clear and concise communication with various business partners, including senior management, legal teams, and regulatory agencies.
• Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally.
• JD and active bar membership is preferred.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
