  • Trusted Strategic Partner: Serve as a sounding board and right hand to the President, helping to shape and drive top priorities, anticipate needs, and unlock decision-making. Provide perspective, insight, and challenge when needed.

  • Meeting & Travel Participation & Preparation: Accompany the President on major business trips and high-priority meetings, capturing insights, driving alignment, and ensuring next steps are tracked and completed. Approximately 25%-50% travel expected, depending on where you are located.

  • Operational Excellence: Manage strategic projects, drive accountability, and install strong follow-up mechanisms to close loops and deliver results. Ensure things do not fall through the cracks.

  • Execution on Behalf of the President: Represent the President in internal and external settings where appropriate, ensuring continuity of message, tone, and intent. Carry forward directives and initiatives with discretion and authority.

  • Organizational Intelligence & Connectivity: Act as the President's eyes and ears across the organization. Build trusted relationships at all levels, surface risks and opportunities early, and create feedback loops that support healthy culture and effective execution.

  • Communications & Content: Partner with internal communications, investor relations, and PR teams to shape the President's messaging and materials. Own the agenda for leadership and segment meetings, and project manage pulling all its pieces together. Draft or refine presentations, briefings, and scripts as needed.
