The Supervisor for the Clinical Ambulatory Pharmacy team will provide team members with direct operational and clinical oversight. This position will assist with developing and maintaining standards in documentation, metrics, onboarding, training, auditing, and performance. It will be important for this individual to know the work they are supporting; therefore, a portion of their week may be spent supporting clinically in an area of need on the team. This will ensure the team can relate to and trust this individual when initiatives are rolled out. This registered pharmacist maintains accountability for the supervision and operation of a specific area of expertise. Coordinates process improvement activities, resolves human resource issues, and assists with program development in area of accountability. Works with multiple medication automation systems.
