Summary: The Finance and Operations Coordinator will oversee all financial functions and compliance at The Autism Project. This role will do all billing, compliance and insurance requirements, and work with ED and staff to ensure that all grant activities are on track, data analysis is timely, and reporting is completed accurately and on time. Responsibilities: Billing * For all clinical and non-clinical programs
Organization Deposit * Fill out deposit sheet and make copy of deposit sheet to put with check copies for tracking. * Input all information into spreadsheet for Thank You letters (address, date, amount, check #) * Process invoices (usually monthly or every other month), check requests Grants Compliance * Manage Foundation, federal, state, and local government grants, including tracking grant budgets, collection and analysis of outcome data, preparation of monthly, quarterly, and final reports, monitoring spending, assisting finance in invoicing, and meeting all required timelines. * Prepare Board of Director meeting materials, attending meetings to take minutes, and providing routine communications. * Manage special projects as assigned, including planning, execution, and evaluation of the project, and organizing resources needed to accomplish the project goals. * Coordinate the targeting and tracking of outcomes for quality improvement with program managers, ensuring timeliness of reporting. * Support programs in use of electronic health records (FamCare), developing protocols and troubleshooting issues. * Assist programs in resolving facility and IT issues. * Assist development staff in marketing and fundraising events as needed. * Other duties and responsibilities as assigned or needed. Other information: EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in human services, finance, or related fields. EXPERIENCE * Experience working on grants and projects, preferably involving research, data management, and budgeting. * Thorough and fluent use of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) * Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. * Ability to problem solve, handle multiple priorities and work with minimum supervision. * Ability to carry out duties independently and in a timely manner in diverse areas of programming. * High degree of initiative and energy * Bi-lingual preferred Brown University Health is an Equal Opportunity employer.
