Maintenance Helper

Staffmark is looking for a Maintenance Helper to support facility operations in Huber Heights, OH. This is a great short-term opportunity for someone mechanically inclined and ready to contribute to a busy production environment.

• Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, Monday-Friday
• Pay: $18.00/hr
• Duration: 4-8 weeks

As a Maintenance Helper, you'll assist the maintenance team with general repair tasks and facility upkeep.

This includes:

• Supporting mechanical repairs on equipment or production lines
• Assisting with preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Keeping tools and work areas clean and organized
• Performing light fabrication, assembly, or disassembly work as needed
• Following all safety guidelines and reporting any hazards

You must be comfortable using hand and power tools and have a strong attention to detail. This is a hands-on role best suited for someone with basic mechanical knowledge, good problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn on the job.

• Mechanically inclined with the ability to follow technical instructions
• Comfortable with physical work and standing for extended periods
• Reliable and able to commit to a 4-8 week assignment
• Previous maintenance or manufacturing experience is a plus
