The BE-4 Engines Upgrades Program is a fast paced effort that provides increment definition, design, development, and qualification of configurations that improve the performance, mass, life, producibility and maintainability of the Engine System for the production programs. As part of a small, hard-working and accomplished team of specialists you will become an integral part of the Engine Upgrades Program team. This role is the Upgrades Coordinator. In this role you will be an Individual Contributor supporting the PM and working in conjunction with the Engine Upgrades staff and the program IPTs. We are looking for someone to apply their technical expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to quality to positively impact safe human spaceflight. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: The Engines Upgrades Program is seeking an Individual Contributor for the Upgrades Coordination role, which will focus on coordinating with multiple IPT's to generate and track new improvement ideas through development, testing, qualification, and implementation. In conjunction with other organizations at Blue Origin, development of unique software solutions may be required to ensure improvement ideas can be easily tracked through the product development and implementation lifecycle. The upgrades coordinator will be responsible for tracking key attributes of the improvement idea such as technical and cost performance measures, interface impacts, qualification approach, and implementation plans. Integration with various IPTs across the engine system will be required to assure timely progress of improvement development, qualification, and implementation will support program goals. This will be a dynamic role requiring interface and coordination with multiple organizations within Blue Origin. Minimum Qualifications:
