Summary

Columbia Non-Alcoholic Beverage Sales Associates are to accomplish sales, merchandising, and distribution goals by assisting the execution and tracking of business objectives and company initiatives within the non-alcoholic porfolio.

Primary Responsibilities



  • Effectively sell, rotate and merchandise the non-alcoholic beverage portfolio in all assigned accounts
  • Accomplish sales and distribution goals by assisting the execution of business objectives, company initiatives, and key performance indicators
  • Submit display, shelf, and cold box data into required apps
  • Provide route relief for Sales Representatives as scheduled
  • Manage inventory expenses in accordance with company policy
  • Interact respectfully and maintain dialog with inter-company departments, suppliers and customers
  • Establish and maintain a high level of industry knowledge: NAB portfolio, trends, market share, etc.
  • Monitor competitive activity and communicate strategies
  • Maintain appropriate themed programs to meet supplier and company standards
  • Submit all required reporting, preplans, trackers, surveys, market surveys, expense report, mileage log, etc. by the required due date
  • Adhere to all state liquor laws and regulations
  • Complete all other tasks or projects as assigned
  • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with those of the Company's Core Values at all times

Work Environment

Work indoors, in accounts and an office setting, with occasional outdoor work.


Physical Demands



  • Lift, carry, push, pull up to 165 lbs.
  • Use arms, wrists, hands, grasp
  • Must be proficient in the use of industry tools including hand truck, six-wheeler, manual pallet jack, box cutter, etc.
  • Must be able to drive and operate a vehicle



Expected Hours of Work

This is a part-time position. Days and hours will vary.

Required Education and Experience



  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance required
  • High School diploma or GED required



Preferred Education and Experience



  • Minimum one (1) year previous industry experience preferred



Compensation



  • Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
  • Hired applicant may be eligible for incentives and/or bonuses.
