Bring your communications, problem-solving skills, and office management-related experience to Sonoma County Employees' Retirement Association (SCERA).

This position will work with all members of SCERA and our Board of Retirement Trustees and will be a resource for department management and staff. The Department Analyst supervises two direct reports and leads office-wide communication efforts. Additional responsibilities include:

·        Acting as a liaison with County agencies and service providers

·        Serving as the department's HR Liaison (HRL), coordinating payroll activities and facilitating hiring, on-boarding, and off-boarding activities

·        Managing Trustee elections/appointments

·        Managing the department's office spaces and coordinating the setup and adjustment of work-spaces and technology access rights in conjunction with internal HR and county-wide safety, IT, and facilities partners

·        Acting as a point person for County departments to contact for outreach from SCERA and spearheading department focused presentations

·        Supporting front desk staffing needs including training and leading office support team meetings
