HR Total Rewards Intern Summer 2025

As a HR Total Rewards intern you will assist Total Rewards functions with several projects to get exposure. Your primary team will be Retirement with Compensation and Health & Welfare.

You will report to the Global Retirement Senior Manager and be located at our Cranberry location. This is a paid full-time hybrid summer internship.

• Help with Data Validation for payroll and vendors on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and project basis
• Help with setup and testing of Service Now system
• Lead retirement task project mapping project
• Lead file sorting and digitization project
• Help with Retirement Team absence coverage and inquiry research
• Coordinate regulatory mailings
• Help with Annual retirement plan audit requests
• Help inventory Global benefits and financial wellbeing resources
• Help with consolidation and creation of "desk manual" for procedures
• Rollout of revamped retirement plan committees
• Assist other Total Rewards areas

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or other related analytical degree
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Complete Sophomore year of college by May 2025
• Analytical
• Project management skills, organized and able to quickly transition between multiple tasks
