Enrollment Processor, Intermediate- CalPERS

Your Role

The Installation and Billing team processes member enrollments to provide access to care for our members and ensure accuracy of billing. The Enrollment Processor, Intermediate will report to the Enrollment Operations Supervisor. In this role you will process member level data and information using automated systems within established production and quality standards. Process new member additions, eligibility updates, and reports within established production and quality standards.

Your Knowledge and Experience

• Requires High School Diploma or GED
• Requires at least 3 years of prior relevant experience in Health Insurance (e.g., claims, customer service, processing)
• Knowledge of medical plans and benefits
• Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
• Ability to work in a team environment with performance goals
• Intermediate-Advanced skills creating documents/files using Excel, Outlook, Power Point, and Word
